FAQs

Q: Since it says 12v-24v would I get 15v out of it to run a tire compressor?
A: This just connects to your car battery. Whatever voltage that puts out (hint: its ~12V) is what this provides. There is no voltage change. 15A is no problem if thats what you meant, as others have said.
Q: How big are the clamps? Im not gonna clamp it to a car battery rather to the inside of a truck when the cigarette lighter isnt working
A: The clamps are about 4 to 5 inches long and about 1 inch at the connecting end and 3 inches at the handle. Where inside the truck do you plan on clapping them?
Q: How many watts will you get from a stand alone car battery ( car not running )?
A: Watts...? That all depends I n what size battery you are using. You also need to think about amp hours as well.
