For quality-related issues within the warranty period, provide your order number, purchase channel, model number, a description of the fault and supporting photos or videos. BESTEK assesses the claim before arranging a remedy.
Exclusions include insufficient purchase evidence, expired coverage, lost or stolen items, unauthorized sellers or repairs, misuse and external damage. Non-quality issues after the initial return period are not covered. International returns and some other cases can incur shipping costs; obtain instructions before returning a product.
Warranty extensions require the original registration process; they are not automatic. This manufacturer warranty does not replace applicable statutory rights.
