As a trucker I ordered this inverter to replace one that I’d had for a number of years.I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED”...I purchase many “gadgets” that I get little or no use from but this inverter EXCEEDED my expectations as I’ve used it for hours on end to charge and/or power personal use gear (phone,food warmer,etc..) while on the road.I do recommend this product

Ordered on Friday with Prime and had it in my car by Sunday. Fast delivery!! Great product! It fits a little loose in the outlet, but it works just fine. Love the 2.1amp feature. I haven't used the plug outlet yet. It charged my iPhone 6+ (while using it) in almost 30 min on battery the save feature. Usually I can't gain that much charge from my car while using the phone. I would highly recommend!It gets in the way of my gear shift but it's not a big deal to me because the head swivels.

Great little inverter. I hooked up a long strand of LED lights on the outside of my RV. The lights were 120V AC so I tapped into my RVs DC power and this guy handled it like a champ.I must also say that they have excellent customer service. I had a question that was promptly answered and situation rectified with ease. So often this is not the case these days, so I was very pleasantly surprised.

PROs: 1) This does work, and it outputs proper AC voltage to charge a jumper box 2) Single compact unit and no nonsense, no wires etc. CONs: 1) A cheap clip doesn't hold it securely inside the cigarette lighter port, and it comes off all the time 2) Somewhat cheap looking, so, not sure how long it would last

What can I say. Plug it into a power supply outlet or cigarette lighter in your vehicle, plug in your USB or grounded/ungrounded electric device and it charges and/ or works as usual. For the price I highly recommend it.

I bought this on Amazon four years ago, and am just getting around to reviewing it.It's been working well (plugged into my car's cigarette lighter) to power some items in my car, ever since I purchased it. I use it several times a week.It does make a little grinding sound sometimes when it's starting up... I'm not sure what's up with that. All in all though it's a good item.Some inverters have an attached cord which connects to more outlets. I do like this item, but next time I get one I'll be trying one of those. The extra length of the attached cord will be useful for some of the items I need to power.

The fan makes a good bit of noise, but all of these inverters have a fan. Otherwise it works, and seems to be pretty durable.

Update: It turns out that I was accidentally sent a returned product. The company made it right and sent me a brand new product that met all expectations. Thumbs up.I thought I was buying a new inverter, but a clearly used product arrived. Dirty and with sticker removal residue.

I needed something that would let me plug in my RC chargers. Both run at around 2 amps. They both worked and didn’t cause any heat issues.
