US delivery options
The following rates apply to eligible US orders in our current shipping profile. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout for your address and order.
- Standard shipping: US$8.
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders of US$39.99 or more. Eligibility is calculated at checkout; check your order total after applying any discount.
- Express shipping: US$15, where available at checkout.
Taxes, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout. If your address has no available shipping option, please contact BESTEK before ordering. International delivery is not currently offered through this shipping profile.
Processing and delivery estimates
Allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing, followed by approximately 2–7 business days in transit for standard shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Product availability, destination, weekends, holidays and carrier conditions can affect delivery.
The express option does not include a guaranteed arrival date on this page. Check the service details at checkout, or contact BESTEK if your order is time-sensitive.
After your order ships
Use the shipping confirmation and any tracking information supplied for your order to follow delivery. If your parcel is delayed or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact BESTEK with your order number so we can review it with you.
